"Do we have any privacy from the souls?"

“Do we have any privacy from the souls?”

I’ve often wondered just how much of our thoughts are available to our loved ones. If there is a line that they cross between private thoughts and public thoughts per say? Do they know our every thoughts good and bad? Even if it’s about someone else? I have just been kind of curious about this.

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7

I spent the afternoon yesterday with a group of “spiritual seekers.” One of them was a 75-year-old woman whom I adore. As we talked, she admitted that someone cut her off in traffic and she called him a “jerk.” She said to herself, immediately afterwards, “I shouldn’t say that, that’s not me!”

Well, being the disrupting influence I am, I said, “Apparently, it is you. After all, you’re the one who thought it. Hell, you went so far as to even say it out loud! How can you say it’s not who you are?”

I wasn’t judging her; I was echoing what I’ve heard the souls say about these things. Rather than judging herself for having said what she did, and denying it was her who said it, because it wasn’t “spiritual,” she could have seen it as an opportunity to learn about herself.  She could have asked herself why she felt the way she did, and what it said about where she was on her spiritual journey.

They say the same thing about our thoughts.

When a soul goes through it’s life review, they see the reason for everything that happened in their life, the lessons they contained, and who they became as a result of having gone through it. It is all seen as a necessary part of their journey, including their thoughts when they were going through it.

That being the case, while they are accompanying you on your journey they are aware that it’s your journey, and everything that happens is also a necessary part of it. They know, from personal experience, that your thoughts are also part of your journey as well, and not something “good” or “bad.” They don’t judge your thoughts, nor do they care what you’re thinking. It’s more along the lines of, “This is happening because this is what they’re thinking.”

The souls’ primary concern on the Other Side is that you stay as close to your purpose while you’re still here as possible, learning lessons about love, so that you’ll reap the greatest rewards when you return back to them. It’s not about what you’re thinking, why you’re thinking it, or what you’re doing and whom you’re doing it with. They are watching you, and guiding you, helping you see everything that is happening, and how you think about what is happening in your life, as an opportunity to learn to love yourself, and others, because of it.

P.S. They’re also not watching you take a shower and thinking, “You know, you really could stand to lose 20 pounds! Just saying….”
